This superb villa is situated in an idyllic elevated position, set on a small friendly complex with a communal pool, perfect for relaxation.

The property is well equipped with all you should need for the perfect holiday in beautiful sunny Cyprus. It is furnised to a high standard, fully air-conditioned and has stunning views of the Mediterranean. The villa features spacious verandas, ideal for sunbathing, eating alfresco and watching the wonderful sunsets.

A relaxing location, yet just 500m from the Coral Bay-Paphos coast road, where buses run every 15 minutes.

The local sandy beach, with sun loungers, umbrellas and beach side restaurant is just a 10 minute walk. Paphos with its picturesque harbour and pavement cafes, shopping centres and nightlife is reached in less than 15 minutes by car and the famous Coral Bay is 10 minutes drive away.

Bedroom 1: double bed, high domed ceiling and patio doors to sun terrace.

Bedroom 2: twin beds, double aspect patio doors to both sun terrace and private rear balcony.

Bedroom 3: double bed leading to en-suite.

Family bathroom: Fully tiled with bath/shower over, WC, wash basin and storage for toiletries. Separate ground floor cloakroom.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric fan oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils. There is an iron and ironing board, electric ceiling fan and smoke detector.

Living Rooms: Spacious modern open plan lounge/dining area with 2 sets of sliding doors to large patio and garden. Leather suite, large dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, radio/CD/i-pod docking station including CDs and DVD collection, Ceiling fans.

Ample supply of bed linen and towels, including beach towels are provided.
The property will be cleaned on changeover.

Coast/Beach

Vardas Beach, which has sun loungers, parasols and a beach-side restaurant is a 10 minute walk. There are many beaches around the Paphos area to be enjoyed including Coral Bay, one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus, with Blue Flag EU certification, complete with all facilities, water sports, snack bars, shops and restaurants and can be reached by car (5km) or you can catch the bus on the coast road.

Golf

Cyprus offers an all year round enjoyable golfing experience with the peak season of late autumn and early spring. There are 3 course all within easy reach. Tsada Golf Course which is approx 20 mins from Paphos has 18 holes set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery in a gentle valley. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course (which is approx 18km east of Paphos) is an award winning 5 star course. It has 18 holes that offer a test of golf from start to finish. Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 holes set in spectacular scenery 18km east of Paphos and 49km from Limassol. It lies in a scenic valley with grand trees and beautiful sculptured rock formations all around. It is an 18 hole par 72, 6158m
course.

Skiing

Troodos (just over an hours drive) has an expanding ski area resort with four pistes - two beginners' slopes and intermediate and advanced runs on the north face. The skiing season lasts a couple of months a year, peaking in February.

paphos airport by car 25 mins.
Taxi transfers can be arranged.
Larnaca 1 hour 30 mins.

Distances

Kissonerga is very conveniently located - under 10 mins drive to the tourist area of Paphos, less to Coral Bay. There's also a regular bus service to both resorts, with a bus stop within 10mins walk from house. Kissonerga village centre is reached on foot in 15 mins and has several restaurants, two
supermarkets, a bank and a pharmacy. There are many more restaurants and bars within walking distance on the coast road.

Further Details

Hiring a car is not essential but is recommended for those who want to explore all that Cyprus has to offer. A drive up to the pineclad Troodos Mountains is recommended and traditional villages include Lania, Omodos and Kakopetria or visit the monastery of Agios Neofytos. Further afield, head to the popular
fishing harbours of Polis and Latchi or visit the Baths of Aphrodite.
